Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Natural Beauty Hair Products.

  • Eligibility: We accept returns or exchanges for unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@naturalbeautyhairsalon.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.

  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@naturalbeautyhairsalon.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs for non-defective items.

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.

Note: For health and hygiene reasons, products that have been opened or used typically cannot be returned unless they are defective.
